The Bump on My Finger

  1. There’s so much here in your words, but what strikes me is to create peace each day. It’s so necessary, it seems to help keep our vision clear with so many things grabbing for our attention. Love those moments of peace, and clarity.

  2. Ah, yes. And so “we do not lose heart, for though our outer man is decaying, our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory, far beyond all comparison. For we look not at the things which are seen, but the things which are unseen. For the things which are seen are temporal. But the things that are not seen are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:16ff).

  3. Hi, there, Andie! What a great way to remind yourself about the fleeting nature of time. I need tangible reminders like this too…just keeps me focused where I need to be.

Thank you for all the encouragement you’ve been giving me. God is good and faithful. Life is full of the great mystery of Him. I need reminded of that too–that I won’t find all the answers here.

    Many blessings sent your way!
